Remember Why You Started
Be honest with your self, maybe gentle, and answer this simple question:
Why are you doing the thing you are doing NOW ?
Visualizing failure has helped me. It’s well researched, I believe.
Andrew Huberman popularized this recently, but I realized I have been using it from much before that and did not even realize it.
At the end of the day, instead of pushing to finish something, stop before finishing.
The next day you will easily get started to wrap it up, and then you have momentum for more things.
