This is deeply fascinating. 1400 commits a month is pretty crazy. There's what 22 productive days in a month? That's 63 commits a day. Almost 8 commits an hour for 8 hours straight.
Either this includes automated commits or I am way less productive than I thought I should be.... Maybe I should stop rebasing and start merging.
just setup intellij or whatever editor you use to auto-commit on every (auto) save - problem solved :)
what a garbage clickbait article. not to say that there aren’t X amount of SWEs doing not much but my 11-year old kid would call BS on the method of arriving to these findings

Am I reading it wrong? It looks like 1400 engineers (Y axis) are closer to 0 commits/month (X axis.)
