Is this legit? Weird filenames on some of them.
Yes. I'm seeding about 30TB. I've dug into it and it's as advertised.
Is there a torrent file containing all of these torrent files?
More torrents are added, most days. That might preclude the a master torrent. That and the sheer size.
what's a good thing to run on a headless raspi for this?
Install the transmission-daemon and transmission-cli packages, and control the daemon with the transmission-remote command (from the latter package).
