You can just assume at this point that China will pull ahead of the US in all science and technology domains. They both have internal problems that will drag them down but the US’s problems far outweigh China’s.
Guess someone has to learn Chinese then, for his retirement, up there.
OTOH maybe he just neuralinX himself some babblefish.
