OK, so Figma has been the owner of the mark "Dev Mode" for about 5 months now https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=98045640&caseSearchType=U.... How come they've managed to register such a generic term these days.
Could someone file for a trademark cancellation on the basis of it being a generic term?
Xbox "Developer Mode" surely invalidates this?
Hold on I’m filing a trademark for “Cancel subscription.”
