His whole death is ironic. First he will say like a Lord Farquaad that having school shootings is the sacrifice he is willing to make for the second amendment, only to be killed in school shooting...

Comcast Execs Criticize Fired MSNBC Contributor Matthew Dowd’s Comments About Charlie Kirk Following Shooting as ‘Unacceptable and Insensitive’: ‘We Need to Do Better’
The wrong thing?, the shooter is a MAGA republican who cosplays as Trump, and Charlies last words were a racist dog whistle, this is so far outside of any workable narative ,that executive damage controll is only going to, epstien files the whole thing to hell.
>the shooter is a MAGA republican who cosplays as Trump, and Charlies last words were a racist dog whistle
All of this is factually incorrect.
Unless you interpret a Hallowe'en costume (i.e., something that comes with the message that this is a scary person not to be idolized) as "cosplay" (https://www.msn.com/en-us/tv/celebrity/tyler-robinsons-chill...), the primary suspect (out of respect to the justice system, I must continue to admit the possibility that they got the wrong guy, until the trial has concluded) did nothing of the sort. (Aside from which, he would have been 14 at the time.) Apparently some people are circulating images of him in a MAGA shirt, but these are photoshopped (https://leadstories.com/hoax-alert/2025/09/fact-check-tyler-...). There were Antifa slogans and memes on the bullets and the shooter targeted a conservative, and he is known to have opposed Kirk ideologically (https://www.nbcchicago.com/news/hey-fascist-catch-messages-w...). He is very obviously not a "MAGA Republican".
Charlie Kirk's last words were to ask for a clarification, arguably in a pointed way, intended to imply that gang violence should be counted as mass shooting when it otherwise meets the definition. Even if you take a logical leap based on the statistics showing that the perpetrators of such violence are generally non-white, there is nothing racist about pointing this out. The statistics are what they are, and saying so does not attribute the conduct to non-white people in general. If claims like this are made off-limits then it becomes impossible to discuss a real problem that results in many deaths.
After a high profile political assassination in the Netherlands (and this time it was a confirmed radical leftist) all mainstream politicians immediately banded together to keep democracy and the rule of law intact. Instinctively the media and politics knew that the nation was on a knife's edge. It was rally around the flag time.
When I compare that to how Trump and Fox behaves it doesn't bode well.
Some game developers are getting attention too [1]. 4chan anons are also archiving, doxxing, reporting to employeers.

When irony is outlawed, only outlaws will be ironic.

Groypers aren't leftist.

No mention of how common this is. Anyone know?
This isn't something that used to need to be said. The really sad fact is that they even had to remind people that you shouldn't victim blame.
> This isn't something that used to need to be said.
Yeah, why are we talking about this random white supremacist like he's Princess Diana? That's the most disturbing part of this.
Why did his casket get flown home in Air Force Two? He's not a government representative (well...).
No such thing for the Democrat senator in MN (in fact, Trump hasn't even spoken of that, IIRC)...
Or the kids shot in Colorado the same day...
But here we have the US military carrying Charlie Kirk in a flag-draped coffin onto the Vice President's jet.
What the actual fuck?

I had to look up this acronym. Apparently it stands for "right-wing nut job".
I genuinely don't understand how you came to this conclusion.

The comment you're replying to is not from yesterday, and it's factually incorrect.
Did it? Is Medal of Freedom recipient Rush Limbaugh too beneath mainstream? How about Fox News pundits after Paul Pelosi was attacked?
I don't think this is new.
Sounds like it's the American equivalent of the British knighting people.
