However I bet a lot of larger companies (FAANG, Lord Genius Elon, etc) will reduce, but it's worth it for them over the long run - especially with the current administration is so business friendly to the big tech companies (i.e. regulations requiring equal pay will be enforced with a far softer touch if at all).
