I am doing a study investigating the impact of adoption of agentic protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol by Anthropic) and Agent2Agent Protocol by Google on Business Process Efficiency , focusing on multiple domains like Software Development, Business Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service as part of a project for an MBA at Liverpool John Moores University.
I’d be grateful if you could complete this questionnaire (https://forms.office.com/e/DeWB3iXHWr), as it will provide valuable information on quantitatively measure changes in critical performance indicators - such as processing time, error rates, and resource utilization - before and after protocol adoption. The study will also capture and analyze qualitative perspectives from technology and operations leaders, detailing their perceived benefits, encountered challenges, return on investment expectations, and governance practices. Lastly, the research intends to develop comprehensive, actionable frameworks and guidelines that organizations can utilize for secure, effective, and scalable adoption of agent-to-agent communication protocols. The survey takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Responding to the survey is voluntary and the survey is anonymous.
