The more high-quality tools available without handing over cash, the better.
Learning on pgAdmin 4 was harder than it would have been to use DataGrip or DBeaver Community Edition when I was first learning concepts.
For those curious, it quoted me $10.90 US / month (without yearly agreement) for DataGrip if you end up needing a license for a commercial project.
Also relevant to this change is JetBrains Policy on data collection for AI training: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=45440117
