Leaving the deeper questions aside: Title inflation has gotten to the point that in many places, "senior" is entry-level (actually means junior, and they do often fill these positions with actually clueless noobs) and it's your staff/principal titles that actually communicate seniority.
So maybe you don't have as much to live up to as you imagine. Still keep improving and become that role model though!
