Meanwhile Cursor is attempting to become an "AI lab" by building what was supposed to be their own "frontier model" Composer 2 (but a leak revealed it was actually confirmed to be Kimi K2.5 and was allegedly distilled from Opus 4.5).
Anthropic also bans other AI labs from accessing it's models for that reason, just like it did with OpenAI, xAI and the rest of the other competitor labs building frontier models.
The 1.3.0 version of OpenCode will no longer autoload the Claude Max plugin.
