I just released Are We Deploying in beta — built on my belief in DORA Metrics. I've been running engineering teams for 15 years, and I believe in these metrics for engineering health over crap like burn down, and story points.

Congrats on shipping. 15 years running eng teams is exactly the right background for building this — you know which metrics actually matter vs. which ones are cargo-culted.
Curious how you're handling the deployment frequency signal for teams that deploy multiple services independently. Do you aggregate at the org level or break it down per repo/service? That's the question I always hit when DORA meets microservices.
