Is smells like an attempt to avoid something but if it's not a giant con to keep specific asset holders onside then.. ok but why this rather than pumped hydro and batteries? Because spinners? So good load stabilisation? Is it rapid fire up because if this is "base load" that's marketing speak for things which only make sense if they run continuously not "wd have demonstrable need of continuously available power" oh wait... all that hyperscaler AI bullshit.
