Now AI is making fake vulnerabilities and polluting the ecosystem.
This should not be a surprise.
AI "slop" is known to be unreliable and thus tends to "pollute" anything it is involved in.
This is the counterproductive side of AI --- time wasted chasing and invalidating false leads.
