Please login and checkout our agentic OT system for manufacturing plants. Demo is for bottling operation and is based on our backgrounds in O&G, Mining, Manufacturing at some the worlds largest operations. Open to feedback and suggestions. Currently we are pharma heavy and launching in a month to serve other domains.
How does Valak work with plants that already have mature SCADA, historian, and alarm-management systems? Is the goal to replace any of those systems, or act as an intelligence layer across the existing stack?
Valak works alongside any of the common automation systems like ignition, factory talk etc. Ooerators can choose to keep their alarm management systems or use Valak’s in built alarms and notification systems.
As for historians, Valak AI can work with your historian (typically shipped with your automation systems) or Valak’s historian or a combination.
Data for the operations stays in the plant, it’s on-premise solution and not a cloud solution. All Valak systems we have are fully self-contained and all plant data and telemetry stay within the manufacturing environment. Does that help? Basically we install in in your environment.
The way we have designed it is we take a “environment” snapshot anytime your system goes into an alarm state or failure state and then if it results in an actual downtime, you have the option of marking that snapshot as a pattern rule.
I guess to answer your question, no min requirement as such. But over time the patterns become pretty robust and repetitive at which point it can surface true bad actors etc…

Does that answer your question?
As Im checking it out, let me ask you, how do you handle data?

Happy to setup a demo call and discussion!
How much historical failure data do you need before the episode/pattern system starts becoming useful for predictive maintenance?

This is a fully on-prem solution
