Other than not being stored on the cloud, how does this differentiate from other password managers? I hate to be a downer but I think it will be a big hurdle to get people to manually copy passwords across devices. I actually prefer my passwords being stored in the cloud so that I don't need to sync between any of my devices, that's a compromise on security I (and most people) make as an average user.
