I've found the Android screen time reminder feature to be useful for this, and it can be kind of jarring because it never feels like you're on the apps for as long as you actually are. You'll sit down and start scrolling and just lose track of time.

Can they ? Is there any other solution than just uninstalling everything ?
And the other half are probably in denial
