Didn't see a privacy policy or terms link on the site — since you're collecting guestbook entries from visitors, that's worth having even at this scale (some hosting/analytics providers require it in their own ToS with you). I do quick compliance passes for indie-built sites if useful, or happy to just point you to a good template for free.
