This works for all public GitHub repos and borrows your gh CLI token for private ones.

Install (macOS 14+, Xcode CLT, `gh auth login`):
You pick the repos (add/remove/reorder). Dependabot PRs are listed under their own header. Refresh defaults to 2 minutes.
