I've been using backlog.md for multiple projects with claude code and codex, but didn't want to keep jumping between multiple projects. I used claude code to create a wrapper around it.
It let's you view multiple projects with one dashboard, and uses backlog.md to define and track all the tasks. You can define agents, spawn off tasks, with the ability to view the session, merge worktrees, etc.
This lets me work through multiple issues on multiple projects with different agents, all using backlog.md as the backend tracking engine. I'd love feedback on this, and if there are any questions would be happy to answer!
