Extension for Better VS Code Terminal Shortcuts

  For me, these new shortcuts are a real quality-of-life improvement. I'm sharing them because they might be useful to others here as well.

  - New terminal (next color): ⌘T (macOS) / Ctrl+Alt+T (Windows/Linux)

  - Close focused terminal: ⌘W / Ctrl+Shift+W

  - Show/hide terminal panel: ⇧⌘T / Ctrl+Shift+T

  - Next/previous terminal: Tab / Ctrl+Shift+Tab (opt-in)
