Rant aside; I think there's a reasonable argument buried in here: making everything easier doesn't necessarily make life better, and we should be more critical of the incentives driving AI adoption.
Imagine you had the power to snap your fingers and change things. What would the world look like?
It would be without AI, obviously !
Because nobody would think of doing such evil thing, because nobody would support such thing
