EthersFlow is a trust gate for agent actions. Before an agent executes a high-stakes action, it calls one MCP tool (verify_agent_action). EthersFlow convenes 2–7 independent LLM auditors that cross-examine the proposed action in adversarial roles — their job is to find the failure mode, not rubber-stamp. The panel returns APPROVED / FLAGGED_HUMAN_REVIEW / REJECTED, and every verdict ships with an Ed25519 signature: a verifiable receipt of what was checked and why it passed.
